    On page three, section one, line twenty-two, after the word “disasters” by inserting the words “and large-scale threats”;

    On page four, section one, line thirty-two, after the word “disaster” by inserting the words “or large-scale threat”;

    On page six, section six, line forty-nine, after the word “disaster” by inserting the words “or large-scale threat”;

    On page eight, section one, line two, after the word “disasters” by inserting the words “and large-scale threats”;

    On page twelve, section three, line thirteen, after the word “emergency” by inserting the words “or preparedness”;

    On page twelve, section three, line twenty, after the word “emergency” by inserting the words “or state of preparedness”;

    And,

    On page fourteen, section three, line forty-nine, after the word “emergency” by inserting the words “or state of preparedness”.
